We DO NOT participate with these plans::
- Blue Choice HMO (XIC, XIK)
- Medicare, Part B: Dr. Josephs will see Medicare patients on a nonassigned basis. We submit the claim to Medicare. Medicare sends payment to the patient. The patient is responsible for paying us.
